Ordinance violation SHAMOKIN — Michael Vernon Deitz, 28, of 228 S. Franklin St., Shamokin, was cited by Patrolman Scott Weaver for working on his vehicle in the street at 1:20 p.m. Tuesday near his home, which is a violation of a city ordinance.
