Jeanne Kanovich, King of Prussia, and Justin Czubaroff, Devon, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is a daugher of Ron and Debbie Kanovich, and the granddaughter of the late Jean and Francis “Teeka” Povleski and Millie and Francis “Duke” Kanovich, all of Shamokin.
The future groom is a son of Jeanine and Val Czubaroff, Media, and a grandson of Clayton and Mary Kallander, Silver Spring, Md., and Boris and Nina Czubaroff, Beverly Hills, Fla.
Kanovich graduated from Shamokin Area High School, Coal Township, in 1993 and Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, in 1997 and Temple’s Beasley School of Law, Philadelphia, in 2003.
Czubaroff is a 1993 graduate of Friends’ Central School, Wynnewood, a 1997 graduate of Bowdoin College, Brunswick, Maine, and a 2002 graduate of Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington, Ind.
Kanovich works as an attorney for the PMA Insurance Group in Blue Bell, and Czubaroff is corporate counsel for GSI Commerce, King of Prussia.
The couple met in February 2006 and are planning a Sept. 12, 2008, wedding at the New Jersey Shore.
