Disorderly conduct MOUNT CARMEL — Benjamin C. Hornberger, 22, of 41 W. Sixth St., Mount Carmel, and Levi Zagata, 30, of 312 S. Chestnut St., Mount Carmel, were both cited by Cpl. Christopher Buhay for disorderly conduct relating to a disturbance outside Hornberger’s residence at 11:50 a.m. July 15.
