ROCKEFELLER TOWNSHIP — Jena Lyn Pick, 21, and Jason Allen Young, 29, both of Sunbury, were cited by Trooper Raymond O’Donnell of state at Stonington for public drunkenness relating to a disturbance at 10:10 p.m. Saturday along Bar Road in this Northumberland County township.

Harassment

UPPER AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP — Trooper David Townsend of state police at Stonington charged Thomas Hayden, 45, and Christopher Webster, 44, both of Liverpool, with harassment involving a disturbance at 11 p.m. Friday at the Airport Campgrounds.

Police reported Hayden and Michael Gelnett, 33, of Liverpool, became involved in a physical altercation before Webster held Gelnett as Hayden struck him in the face several times.

Multiple offenses

RICHFIELD — An 18-year-old Richfield man has been charged with multiple offenses involving a family dispute Thursday afternoon at his residence.

State police at Selinsgrove reported Kevin Edward Derr, of 14323 Route 35, was arraigned on one count of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault and four counts of harassment.

Police reported Deer is accused of becoming involved in a domestic dispute at 2:30 p.m. in which he allegedly picked up a 7-year-old boy by the throat and threw him in a swimming pool, shoved his mother, Lisa Derr, 39, of the same address, struck his neighbor, Kimberly Try, 37, and hit his father, Kevin Jack Derr, 43, of the same address, in the face and back of the head, and threatened him with a knife.

Police said Kevin Derr and Try suffered minor injuries. Police did not indicate if Lisa Derr and the juvenile, who also lives at 14323 Route 35, Richfield, were injured.

Motorcyclist flown to hospital

NORTH MANHEIM TOWNSHIP — Lindsay M. Wallace, 26, of Philadelphia, suffered serious injuries Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Route 61 in this Schuylkill County township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven reported Daniel P. Weible, 33, of Reynoldsville, was driving a 1993 Chrysler LeBaron south along Route 61 at 3:34 p.m. when he abruptly stopped in the left lane to make an illegal U-turn to travel north. When the car stopped at the intersection with state Route 9413, it was struck in the right rear bumper by a 2002 Triumph Bonneville motorcycle operated by Wallace, who was ejected and landed approximately 30 feet from the point of impact.

Police said Wallace suffered major injuries to her left leg and was flown by Medivac helicopter to Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, where she was listed Sunday afternoon in stable condition, according to a hospital spokeswoman.

Police said Weible and his passenger, William E. Schram, 51, of Philipsburg, escaped injury. Weible will be charged with summary traffic violations, police said.
