DUI charges filed COAL TOWNSHIP — Mary Ann Bramhall, 22, of Shamokin, was charged by Patrolman Chad Yoder with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance and one count of drivers required to be licensed stemming from an incident at 5:27 a.m. July 13.
