n SHAMOKIN — Michael Shurock, 40, of 128 S. Vine St., Shamokin, pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $300 fine plus costs and placed on supervised probation for one year.
Shurock was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano with possessing a marijuana smoking pipe with residue at his home on June 8.
n SHAMOKIN — Maryann Bramhall, 22, of 707 W. Chestnut St., Shamokin, waived to court Tuesday two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license relating to a July 13 incident along Route 225, approximately 1/4-mile south of the Cameron Bridge.
The charges were filed by Coal Township Patrolman Chad Yoder.
Bramhall was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment Nov. 5 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury.
n SHAMOKIN — Bonny S. Fegley, 41, of 771 Twin Hill Road, Sunbury, waived to court Tuesday a charge of retail theft and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment Nov. 5 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury.
Fegley was charged by Coal Township Patrolman Chris Lapotsky with stealing merchandise valued at $182.53 from Wal-Mart Supercenter along Route 61 on June 29.
n SHAMOKIN — Kristine Cuthie, 26, of 401 N. Rock St., Apt. 1, Shamokin, waived to court Tuesday charges of possession with intent to deliver Xanax, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.
Cuthie was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano in connection with a June 26 incident at her apartment.
She was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment Nov. 5 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury.
n SHAMOKIN — Heidi J. Rugh, 36, of 621 E. Packer St., Shamokin, pleaded guilty Tuesday to possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $300 fine plus costs and placed on supervised probation for one year.
An additional charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana was withdrawn.
Rugh was charged by Shamokin Patrolman Bryan Primerano in connection with an Aug. 14 incident at his home.
n SHAMOKIN — Jason Zacek, 33, of 435 E. Camp St., Mount Carmel, pleaded guilty Tuesday to issuing a bad check. He was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $200 fine plus costs and make restitution in the amount of $212.79 to Wal-Mart Supercenter, and was also placed on supervised probation for six months.
Zacek was charged by Coal Township Patrolman Chad Yoder with issuing a bad check in the amount of $212.79 at Wal-Mart on March 21, 2004.
n SHAMOKIN — Sharon L. Sayre, 32, of 1343 Airport Road, Paxinos, waived to court Tuesday a charge of retail theft and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to appear for arraignment Nov. 5 at Northumberland County Courthouse, Sunbury.
Sayre was charged by Coal Township Patrolman Jason Adams with stealing $287.65 in merchandise from Wal-Mart Supercenter along Route 61 on Aug. 18.
n SHAMOKIN — Corey J. Feese, 18, of 530 Bear Valley Ave., Shamokin, pleaded guilty Tuesday to disorderly conduct and was ordered by Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III to pay a $200 fine plus costs and placed on supervised probation for six months.
An additional charge of criminal mischief was withdrawn.
Feese was charged by Shamokin Cpl. Robert Wolfe in connection with a July 22 incident in the 500 block of Bear Valley Avenue.
