Raiders defeat Golden Eagles

ANNAPOLIS — Michael Bastian didn’t have any problem finding his footing in Maryland. Bastian ran for 98 yards on 19 carries and scored three touchdowns for Lourdes in a 31-7 victory over Annapolis Area Christian.
Jacob Kleman went 10 for 15 at quarterback for 121 yards and a touchdown to Chad Varano in the third quarter for the Red Raiders.
Lourdes took the opening kickoff and proceeded to march off 68 yards on 12 plays capped by a Bastian run from 2 yards out to take the lead. The Raiders never looked back as Bastian scored again from 2 yards in the second quarter, and then again from 25 yards away in the fourth quarter to put the game out of the Golden Eagles’ reach.
