CSO names new welfare supervisor

SHAMOKIN — Central Susquehanna Opportunities Inc. (CSO) has named Stacie Snyder as its new welfare supervisor.
Snyder, a graduate of Mansfield University, has most recently served as an EARN Workforce specialist and as the projects coordinator in the Union County Services office for CSO.
She resides in Lewisburg with her husband, Nathan.
CSO is a regional, private non-profit, community-based, charitable organization dedicated to helping people make positive changes in their lives.
CSO delivers Workforce Development services in the Central Region Workforce Investment Area and provides comprehensive Community Action initiatives to improve local families and communities. CSO strives to address poverty at the local level and to help individuals and families become self-sufficient.
CSO is the premier workforce development agency providing workforce development services as a contractor for the Central Pennsylvania Workforce Development Corporation serving Clinton, Lycoming, Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Montour and Columbia counties.
CSO also provides Community Action initiatives in Northumberland, Montour and Columbia counties. CSO Currently employs 110 dedicated professionals.
