Watch the store
Both political parties were too busy lining their pockets with political contributions from Wall Street. Now the taxpayers are expected to bail them out. The bottom line is nobody was watching the store.
Money, money, money
Greed is going to kill this country and ruin America if people don’t wise up. They don’t realize that half a loaf of bread is just as good as a whole loaf. But they are too stupid. All they want is money, money, money.
Third parties
Considering all the crap coming out of Washington and the obvious politicians sleeping with both big oil and Wall Street, maybe it is time this November to seriously consider both the Independent and Green parties.
Don’t worry
We will never have to worry about terror attacks. We have enough cheating and greed to destroy the U.S.A. Also, Chinese are poisoning children with milk. We import almost everything. We are probably being poisoned very slowly. Thank you, free trade. God bless America. Thanks to Sound Off we can all “sound off.”
Face our Lord
This is in reference to cruelty to animals under the police blotter. I think that people should be more gentle to animals. Believe me, if it were up to me, the same thing would be done to that man. But he will have to face our Lord when he gets to the gates. God will take care of him just like he took care of the cat.
Rich are rich
Corporations and the rich are going to put their money overseas. I can’t believe people are so naive. You will never touch them. That is why they are rich and you are not.
Jealous
What is the matter with you American women? Are you jealous of Sarah Palin? That she is young, has a good shape and is beautiful?
Moving
The caller who wants to move to Iraq should move to Iran. Then he wouldn’t have to put up with us Americans.
System failed?
What is wrong with the system? The lady that got off with three years probation for the thousands of pills. In December, a gentleman got charged with four pills and he is upstate for two to four years, and she got supervised probation. What is wrong with the system?
No accountability
Seventeen felonies, insurance fraud and drug offenses. First offense or not, our system stinks. Anyone can do anything anymore. Why not, when you can only get probation and fines? No wonder our youth are in trouble when our adults get away with everything.
Go team(s)
We are elderly and I enjoy the college football games. They play like pros. Maybe even better. Go Penn State! Go Notre Dame! Go Gators! Yeah Indians! Yeah Raiders! Yeah Tornadoes, too! We love you. Who needs gas? We like staying home.

I see the insiders are still manipulating the stock market.
Hello helicopter
It is Tuesday afternoon and I was wondering can anyone tell me what a helicopter was doing hovering over my house on Trevorton Road for at least a steady 15 minutes. It wasn’t Life Flight and it wasn’t a sprayer. I don’t know what was going on but it barely cleared the lines. It sounded fine. It isn’t a joke. I was just wondering if anyone knew why it was hovering so close. Frog’s take: I believe they were working on those power lines, or at least inspecting them.

To the man who said that he would move to Iraq if McCain and Palin make it. I will help you pack.
