Student engineer

SELINSGROVE — David Stefanovige, of Paxinos, is serving as the student engineer this academic year for Susquehanna University’s student-run radio station, WQSU-FM 99.9, “The Pulse.”
WQSU-FM is a licensed, non-commercial, public radio station serving the Central Susquehanna Valley. It is the third most powerful college radio station and the 10th most powerful non-commercial station in Pennsylvania. WQSU plays a variety of modern rock and specialty shows, including blues, country, bluegrass, reggae, metal and electronic music. It also broadcasts Susquehanna men’s and women’s sporting events live and Associated Press news.
Stefanovige, a sophomore, is majoring in computer science. He is a 2007 graduate of Shamokin Area High School and a son of Glenn and Sandra Stefanovige.
