MILTON - C. John and Gale Everett, of Milton, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Claire Everett, of Silver Spring, Md., to Jamshid A. Huque, son of Dr. and Mrs. Mohammad Huque, of Rockville, Md.

Everett is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College and the University of Maryland, where she received a master's degree in education. She is employed as a Spanish teacher in Montgomery County, Maryland. She is also a lecturer at the University of Maryland. She is a granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bronkoski, of Kulpmont.

Huque graduated from the University of Maryland and Thomas Cooley School of Law, Michigan, with a law degree. He holds a position with The Department of Justice, Tribal Trust Division, in Washington, D.C.

A July 18, 2009 wedding is planned in Hershey.
