Paxinos woman sentenced to two to four years in state prison for criminal trespass

SUNBURY — A 31-year-old Paxinos woman, who is already incarcerated at SCI-Muncy, was sentenced on a felony of criminal trespass to an additional two to four years in state prison Thursday afternoon by Northumberland County President Judge Charles Saylor.

Chrystal Star Converse received the jail sentence that runs consecutive to her current sentence on other charges from Union County that doesn't expire until 2031.

Converse also was ordered to pay a $50 fine plus costs and make restitution of $1,800.

She was charged by state police at Stonington in connection with burglaries at homes in Upper Augusta Township on Nov. 19, 2015.

A felony of burglary and misdemeanors were not prosecuted under a plea agreement with the district attorney's office.

Assistant District Attorney Michael Seward represented the commonwealth at sentencing. County conflicts counsel Rachael Glasoe represented Converse.
