Retail theft

MONROE TOWNSHIP — Anthony Thomas DiPadova, 26, of Coal Township, was charged with retail theft and driving with a suspended license by state police in Selinsgrove.

Police said DiPadova took two pairs of Nike pants, a Nike T-shirt, a Nike beanie, Nike shoes and a T-shirt bearing Yoda from Kohl’s in Monroe Marketplace on Routes 11/15 at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday. He then drove away in 1996 Honda Civic CRX Del Sol while having a licenses suspended for driving under the influence, police said.


ELYSBURG — Ralpho Township police are investigating a theft of a gold dog sculpture from Vic’s Transmissions during the evening hours of Nov. 27.

Police said the sculpture had been made from scrap aluminum transmission parts from a vehicle and had been situated in the parking lot of the business, located off Route 54 in Elysburg.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Ralpho Township police.
