Think of how much of life is based on trust. It lies in the background of numerous activities we do and with many of the people we deal with every day.

Although we don’t often think about it, driving on a two-lane highway requires a great deal of trust. Only a few feet separate our vehicle from traffic traveling in the opposite direction. We trust our eyes to optometrists, our teeth to dentists and sometimes our very lives to surgeons and other doctors.
