There’s a saying in the newspaper industry called “stop the press,” which rarely happens as it entails an event so newsworthy a publisher or managing editor would yell out these three words to stop everything to redo the front page.

Although this test drive of the all-new Kia 2022 Carnival doesn’t classify as a “stop the press” event, it sure deserves all the attention it’s going to receive from this auto industry word crafter. Specifically, Kia’s new Carnival is perhaps the best new vehicle introduction I can recall in many a year, especially because it’s a minivan, the latter a division of “people mover vehicle” that has mostly lost favor with consumers and been replaced by the SUV/Crossover frenzy.
