ELYSBURG — Starting a wedding venue from scratch is a huge venture, but the look on new brides’ faces is worth all the hard work, say two new coordinators who are leading the charge at the newly renovated — and renamed — Fahringer Hall at Elysburg Fire Co.

“Everyone deserves a beautiful wedding,” said Leanne Ryan, of Elysburg, who stepped up to oversee the new space that will host not just bingo games but also corporate events, parties, dances and, of course, weddings.
