ELYSBURG — As Knoebels gears up for its April 24 opening day by prepping rides, planning menus and choosing merchandise, it’s also gearing up by assembling its team. Building upon the experience gained by going virtual last year, Knoebels is already hiring using an online application and interview process.

“We pivoted to virtual interviews last season in response to the cancellation of our in-person job fair,” said Jon Anderson, Knoebels’ Human Resources Director. “It worked really well for applicants as well as the park, so we decided to interview virtually right off the bat.”
