MOUNT CARMEL — Two accused arsonists charged with attempted murder for intentionally setting a fire Aug. 13 that gutted two homes in the 400 block of North Walnut Street, leaving three people homeless, are headed to Northumberland County Court of Common Pleas following legal proceedings Wednesday afternoon before Magisterial District Judge William Cole.

Misty Lynn Dunbar, 23, who recently resided in the borough before reportedly moving in with her mother in Elizabethville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and was ordered by Cole to appear for a status conference Oct. 21 in Northumberland County Court of Common Pleas.
