SHAMOKIN — Sharon Wichurowski has seen a lot of change through the steam-covered front window of Coney Island.

Lined with 12 uncovered light bulbs, the window located directly behind the restaurant’s flattop grill has served as her eyeglass to the local community for 50 years.
