SHAMOKIN — The Cecilian Club will present its November concert at the First United Methodist Church, Sunbury and Ninth streets, at 7 p.m. Monday. This month’s concert is entitled “A Night on Broadway” and is comprised of a mix of vocal and instrumental numbers.

The concert will open with a vocal trio featuring Carol Ellis, Miranda Moyer and Marily Stasney singing “It’s a Grand Night for Singing” (State Fair) by Rogers. Up next is a clarinet solo by Mary Anne Miller playing “Give My Regards to Broadway” by Cohan; and a vocal solo by Sharon Styer singing “Who Will Love Me as I Am?” (Side Show) by Krieger. Nan Weller will present a hand bell solo entitled “Magic to Do” (Pippen) by Schwartz. A vocal ensemble will follow singing “Everything’s Coming Up Roses” (Gypsy) by Styne featuring Ellis, Margaret Morris, Moyer, Diane Ambrose, Weller, Miller and David Kopitsky. The accompanist for the first five numbers is Bonny Klinger.
