KULPMONT — A scheduled meeting that fizzled out before it began Thursday night has become the latest bone of contention among members of the Kulpmont-Marion Heights Joint Municipal Authority.

“Walt (Lutz) set up a grandstand ... in front of the newspaper. He wants to be chairman, so he did this to make me look bad ... to make us sound like we were trying to do something sneaky,” Authority Chairman Bob Fanella said Friday.

Sorry should be Municipal Authority

I'm Bruno Varano and was on Kulpmont Borough Council for 24 years and Chairman of the Municipal Authority Board for the greater part of 24 years and Lutz's actions reported in this paper and unreported that precipitated this meeting were detrimental to The Municipal and needs to resign or be removed from the Board.
