SUNBURY — Contracts totaling $4.3 million were unanimously awarded Tuesday by Northumberland County commissioners for exterior rehabilitation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and electrical upgrades at the historic county courthouse on Market Street.

Bill Anskis Company, of Elysburg, was selected as the general contractor for the project at a cost of $2,782,315. LTS Plumbing & Heating, of Paxinos, was awarded the HVAC contract at a cost of $1,211,000. TRA Electric, of Watsontown, was granted the contract for electrical work at a cost of $358,355.
