• The Shepherd Higher Education Consortium on Poverty (SHECP) interns will be in the city for eight weeks, from June 8 through Aug. 1 and not one week as previously reported. Of the seven interns, three will be working at city hall, one at the police station and another with Central Susquehanna Opportunities (CSO). The remaining two will be assisting at North Penn Legal Services and not at the Shamokin Area School District as originally reported. The school district was part of an earlier proposal but SHECP could not find a suitable match for the positions.

• The Franciscan seminarians will only be in the city for one week from May 25 through June 4. They will be working in the community, doing the projects mentioned in Tuesday’s article.
