ATLAS — Mount Carmel Township supervisors heard a potentially troubling report from Fire Marshal Brian Hollenbush during their monthly meeting Wednesday evening.

Station 22, the Beaverdale company, reported it received two service calls for incidents in the township but responded to neither one. It also failed to respond to requests for mutual aid, said Hollenbush, who also is the township’s police chief and a firefighter.
