SHAMOKIN — A former Coal Township woman likely will face a trial soon on charges she was instrumental in the destruction of her home by arson.

Jennifer N. Stahl, 35, formerly of 950 W. Pine St., was charged with her husband with burning down their home in March 2019, on the same day they put the residence up for sale and two months after they insured it for $140,000. She was held for court Tuesday on all charges, including arson.
