To revitalize of town homeownership has been proven the number one way to connect residents with roots in a community. What are your plans on this topic?

Second repair and maintenance of homes with in a town Detour home ownership. For a long time codes have attacked and zeroed in one rentals yet private home owners have been left to run a muck and are the largest issue with homes in the community. What are your plans to attack the issue of blight with private home owners to make this a desirable town? My last question, many families have been in the community for many generations these families have been left to do what they want it seams. Like on the bottom of mulberry st vehicle on the road that have not been moved for 3 years setting with flat tires on the roads cars through out the town parked on the public side walks making the sidewalk impassable. What is your plan to clean this issue up and treat all citizens of shamokin equally no matter of there color or heritage?
