WILLIAMSPORT — A federal judge Friday denied the request for an emergency injunction from a suspended Southern Columbia football player, which would have allowed him to return to the team.

Thomas Waltman and Karen Wojtowicz have filed a federal lawsuit against Southern Columbia Area School District after their son, Tyler Waltman, was suspended for one year from the school’s football team for an alleged violation of the district’s Drug and Alcohol Policy.
