KULPMONT — The Borough of Kulpmont on Wednesday entered into a contract with H&P Construction to repair a leaky roof of the fire apparatus bay located adjacent to the borough administrative offices.

President Robert Slaby said the firm was the only proper bid the borough received, which was for $26,985. Voting to accept the bid were Slaby, Stephen Bielskie, Stephen Motyka and Joseph Dowkus. Absent from the meeting were Robert Fanella, Robert Chesney, Michael Sinopoli as well as Mayor Nick Bozza.
