IRISH VALLEY — A man is facing 10 charges, including terroristic threats, for allegedly pointing a gun at two residents during an altercation at 2:20 p.m. Thursday in Shamokin Township.

Keith Moore, 41, of 185 Trevorton Road, Shamokin, has been charged by Trooper Tyler Birdsall, of state police at Stonington, with two misdemeanor counts each of terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person, single counts of criminal trespass and possession instruments of crime, and two summary counts of harassment.
