Man critical after bizarre limousine incident

COAL TOWNSHIP — Police here have identified the victim and driver involved in an incident in which a man suffered a leg injury Monday night after falling out of a moving stretch limousine in a parking lot at The Plaza at Coal Township.

Coal Township Police Chief Edward Purcell said the victim was 87-year-old Dwight Moyer, of Ashland, who injured his leg following a meal at the Yummy Buffet. Moyer was transported by an ambulance from AREA Services to Geisinger Medical Center, in Danville, where he was listed in critical condition Tuesday afternoon.
