SUNBURY — The mother of a 3-year-old girl, who was brutally beaten earlier this month in Trevorton, was arrested by state police Thursday night.

Samantha Delcamp, 23, is facing felony charges of endangering the welfare of children, obstruction of a child abuse case and hindering apprehension for prosecution, according to Northumberland County District Attorney Tony Matulewicz. She is also facing a misdemeanor charge of making false reports to law enforcement.
