SHAMOKIN — With every stroke of a brush, the mural on the exterior walls of the comfort station at Claude Kehler Community Park comes to life.

During the past several weeks, the grey, concrete blocks have transformed into colorful butterflies, dragonflies and flowering perennials contrasted by a light, blue background that depicts the sky.
