Trevorton Bargain Outlet inside

The new Trevorton Bargain Outlet offers customers a selection of groceries and household items at discounted prices.

COAL TOWNSHIP — A new convenience store is open for business along Trevorton Road.

The Bargain Outlet offers shoppers a selection of groceries and household items, many of which are priced under 95 cents.

The store opened May 31 and is owned and operated by Sana Evaji, of Trevorton, with help from her children, Waffa and Alex.

The store carries a variety of merchandise including bottled drinks, canned goods, snacks, ice cream, paper towels, tissues, napkins, laundry detergent and toilet paper. Cash or credit/debit cards are accepted.

“I’d like to invite the public to come in and check us out. We offer friendly customer service, and if they’re looking for a particular item, we may be able to order it for them if we don’t currently have it in stock,” said Sana Evaji.

Waffa Evaji added, “My parents were always very hard workers. My mother does everything she can to help people.”

The Bargain Outlet is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and is located in the former K&S building at 1209 Trevorton Road.
