SHAMOKIN — A city man was charged with threatening to shoot his neighbors with a shotgun Friday morning over a noise complaint.

Travis Perkins, 27, of 714 N. Franklin St., was arraigned at 10 a.m. Saturday by on-call Magisterial District Judge John Gembic III on misdemeanors of terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, illegal possession of a firearm, possessing a small amount of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia.
