SAHS students learn how to make informed financial choices

COAL TOWNSHIP — Shamokin Area High School students in Jennifer Makowski’s life management classes recently earned certificates of completion for a new digital financial literacy program.

“Everfi: Financial Literacy for High School Students” is a digital education program that teaches students how to make wise financial decisions to promote financial well-being over their lifetime, Makowski said.
