SHAMOKIN — The Northumberland County Council Arts and Humanities (NCCAH) gallery will present “A Name Eludes Me,” a collection of artwork by Emma “M” Dailey and Anthony Folmar, with an opening reception at 6 p.m. Thursday. Dailey and Folmar are local artists working in two distinct mediums.

Folmar is a Shamokin area photographer who shoots both analog and digital. His work has a distinct frivolity as it captures the mundane. He describes his specific shots in time as “wading through trash.”
