FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP — The Southern Columbia Education Association (SCEA) and school board have resolved a grievance over a health care provider switch.

The SCEA last year accused the school board of violating the collective bargaining agreement by switching the district’s health care provider from Highmark Blue Shield to Geisinger Health Plan without its consent.
