SHAMOKIN — Jesse A. Storm, a property manager who oversees 140 properties in the greater Shamokin area, has been charged again by Northumberland County Detective Degg Stark with felony wiretapping offenses relating to July 7 incidents at City Hall.

Storm, 44, of 1047 W. Mulberry St., Coal Township, was charged Monday morning with 18 felony counts of wiretapping involving private discussions by Shamokin Controller Dave Kinder, Shamokin Treasurer Brenda Scandle, SEDA-COG Director of Flood Resiliency Teri Provost, SEDA-COG Program Analyst for Flood Resiliency Geralee Zeigler, and city residents Judy Allen and Jamie Yerkes.
