SHAMOKIN — Two 25-year-old city roommates have been charged with animal cruelty offenses for abandoning a puppy that was tied to a tree in Shamokin Cemetery in March and left without food or water.

Ryan Earl Hunsinger and Deshawn Lamar Wheeler, both of 220 E. Dewart St., Apt. 9, were charged Monday by Patrolman Joshua Pastucka with misdemeanors of cruelty to animals, criminal solicitation, criminal conspiracy and neglecting animals relating to incidents on March 25.

So get a puppy put no work into said puppy don't teach the puppy anything get mad at puppy for not understanding English and then tie puppy someplace where very few people walk. We can see what kind of humans that these people will turn into.
