SUNBURY — A Northumberland County judge has ruled that an unwed, pregnant teacher who was fired from Our Lady of Lourdes Regional School should not be reinstated, but may move forward with her discrimination lawsuit.

In his opinion made public Tuesday, Judge Hugh A. Jones ruled that the one-year contract Naiad Reich signed on June 14, 2018, with the school did not guarantee employment beyond the one-year period.

It's absolutely disgusting and it sounds pretty not Christian to me.

Oh the hypocrisy of the Catholic Church. A pregnant lady, no abortion, just not ready for marriage and she is sacked. OLOL home of multiple alleged catholic priest sex offenders, treats this poor woman like a who**. So wrong. Of course it’s a civil rights violation.

It truly is hypocrisy at its best.
