Retail theft

COAL TOWNSHIP — Nicolas Waters, 20, of 106 S. Second St., was cited by Patrolman Michael Menapace for retail theft as the result of an incident that occurred late Monday afternoon at the Coal Township Walmart. According to police, the defendant was observed concealing stolen merchandise by store security and subsequently was taken into custody. The stolen merchandise was valued at $90.74.
