Disorderly conduct

COAL TOWNSHIP — Hunter Danheimer, 18, of 813 Oneida St., Shamokin, was charged with disorderly conduct at the Tharptown playground at 6 p.m. Sunday.

Police reported Danheimer was in a vehicle and saw a 12-year-old Coal Township male walking near the playground and asked the boy if he had a problem. According to police, the juvenile said he didn’t, and Danheimer replied that was good because he had two knives on him.

The boy told his father, who reported the incident to police.

Police said Danheimer allegedly admitted to making the statement.
