HARRINGTON, Del. — Brenda Britton, 58, of 20 Doe Court, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021, in her home.

She was born in Sunbury, June 26, 1962, a daughter of the late William Charles and Barbara Ann (Reed) Britton.

Brenda was a graduate of Shamokin Area High School, Central Pennsylvania Business School and Bloomsburg University and a member of the American Legion.

She was a member of Mountain View Assembly of God.

She was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, enjoyed traveling all over the United States and the Caribbean. She enjoyed the outdoors, most especially the seashore and boardwalk, and loved the holidays visiting with family and friends.

She is survived by her brother, William L. Britton and his wife, Tina; her niece, Billie Jo Wilder and her husband, David; her nephew, Andrew I. Britton and his wife, Lang; four great nieces; and a great nephew.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, the late Robert L. and Eva M. Britton.

BRITTON — Brenda Britton, 58, of 20 Doe Court, Harrington, Delaware. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Richard Earl officiating at Farrow-C.J. Lucas Funeral and Cremation Service, 240 W. Chestnut St., Shamokin, Lori Ann Campbell, supervisor. Burial will be held following the service in Northumberland Memorial Park, Sunbury. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, write and mail a check made out to either Capital Area Pregnancy Center or CAPC.
