MOUNT CARMEL — Christopher James Hollenbach, 36, of 143 S. Vine St., passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, surrounded by his family.

He was born April 20, 1982, a son of Walter J. and Clara (Devine) Hollenbach.

Christopher attended North Schuylkill High School.

In addition to his parents, Christopher is survived by two brothers, Walter J. Hollenbach Jr., of Frackville, and Jason David Hollenbach, of Mount Carmel; four sisters, Heather L. Snyder, of Locust Gap, April Lynn Hollenbach, of Mount Carmel, Megan K.M. Bucher, of Kulpmont, and Cassandra Hollenbach, of Mount Carmel; three nephews; nine nieces; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harry “Sam” and Clara Devine; paternal grandparents, Clarence and Barbara Hollenbach; and an uncle, James Hollenbach.

Christopher will be missed by his many friends and family.

HOLLENBACH — Christopher James Hollenbach, 36, of 143 S. Vine St., Mount Carmel. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the C. J. Lucas Funeral Home Inc., 27 N. Vine St., Mount Carmel, C. J. Lucas IV, supervisor. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
