SHAMOKIN — Jax Mark Garancheski, of Shamokin, second son and fourth child to Trish Zimmerman and Brandon Garancheski, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2021.

He was born Aug. 17, 2021.

Our baby boy, The love we all have for you knows no end Your absence leaves a deep hole in our hearts, With only the memory of you to keep us whole.

Gone to heaven, but never far away You live on in your older sisters and brother, you make them gentler.

You live on in Mommy and Daddy, you make them stronger. You live on in your aunt and grandma, you make them kinder. Finally, you live on in your twin sister, who will go on without you, and she gives us hope.

Until we meet again, We miss you and we love you, our baby, Jax.

Jax is survived by his mother, Trish Zimmerman; his father, Brandon Garancheski; his siblings, Emmalyn Raab, Alayiah Garancheski, Lincoln Garancheski and Piper Garancheski (twin); his paternal grandmother, Amber Krieger; paternal grandfather, Gary Kays; his aunt, Chelsey Garancheski; his great aunt, Amy Krieger; maternal grandmother, Catherine Britton; maternal grandfather, Charles Britton; his aunt, Marie Rearick; his uncle, Daniel Blevins; maternal great-grandmother, Catherine Barrett; and his cousins, Peyton, Raven, Zoe and Robert.

Jax joins his paternal great-grandmother and grandfather, Karen and Mark Krieger; maternal great-grandfather, Paul Barrett; and uncles, Paul and Bill Barrett, in heaven.
