MOUNT CARMEL — Kathleen A. Jepko, 58, of 18 N. Vine St., died Saturday, April 24, 2021, at her residence.

She was born in Danville, Sept. 30, 1963, a daughter of the late Frank Kowaleski and Rita (Molick) Kowaleski.

She was a graduate of Mount Carmel Junior/Senior High School.

Kathleen was married June 23, 1984, in the former Mother of Consolation Church, in Mount Carmel, to David M. Jepko, who preceded her in death.

She worked at the Mount Carmel Junior/Senior High School since 2001.

She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.

Kathleen loved to cook and bake and created some amazing dishes for her family and friends.

Kathleen is survived by her children, Jessica Snyder and her husband, David R. Snyder III, of Coal Township, and Eric M. Jepko, of Mount Carmel; a brother, Richard Kowaleski and his wife, Debra; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother and his wife, John Kowaleski and Verna.

JEPKO — Kathleen A. Jepko, 58, of 18 N. Vine St., of Mount Carmel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Mount Carmel, with the Rev. Frank Karwacki, pastor, as celebrant. There will be no visitation or hours of calling. Those wishing to attend the Mass are asked to meet at the church at 9:45 a.m. Monday. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Mount Carmel Township. Leonard J. Lucas Jr., supervisor, Leonard J. Lucas Funeral Home, Ltd., 120 S. Market St., Shamokin, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
