ATLAS — Richard X. “Pete” Susnoskie, 63, of 142 W. Saylor St., passed away June 9, 2021, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

He was born April 12, 1958, in Ashland State Hospital, a son of the late Richard and Janet (Britt) Susnoskie.

Richard was a lifelong resident of Mount Carmel Area. He was a 1976 graduate of Mount Carmel High School and worked as an assembler at Jeld-Wen Windows.

He was a member of the Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Richard loved fishing and camping and he adored his grandson very much.

Richard was raised by his grandmother, Margaret Britt. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Susnoskie, of Atlas; two sons, Matthew Susnoskie and wife, Alicia Lahr, of Atlas, and Brock Susnoskie and significant other, Autumn Evans, of Mount Carmel; and a grandson, Matthew Susnoskie Jr.
