Teena M. Linton

SHAMOKIN — Teena M.Linton, 62, loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, sister-in-law and friend passed away at her home following a long-term illness Monday, June 11, 2018. Teena was a lifelong resident of Shamokin.

She was born June 9, 1956, to the late Lahoma (Christ) Linton and George Linton Jr.

She was a 1974 graduate of Shamokin High School.

Teena loved good food, movies, a hot cup of tea, the beach, her children and especially her grandchildren. She always took care of others before herself and would give you the shirt off her back. She was always trying to make you smile.

She is survived by her daughters, Shannon Prieto and her husband, Johan, Jessica Linton and Kimberly Wolfe; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn Dinklocker Andrews and her husband, Joe, Sarah Prieto, Aidan Prieto and Milo Wolfe; three sisters Peggy Broscious, Hannah McKinney and Lahoma Wagner; and four brothers, Gene Parker, Samuel Parker, Henry Linton and James Linton. She had numerous nieces and nephews and loved them all. If you told her you loved her she would say, “ I love you more.”

She is preceded in death by loving siblings Margaret Fuedale, Daniel Parker and John “Jack” Parker; and a son-in-law, Christopher Wolfe.

Teena is greatly loved and will be missed even more.

LINTON — Teena M.Linton, 62, of Shamokin. In lieu of a memorial service, her final wishes were for a celebration of life party with a date yet to be determined.
