Blaming the judge?
In response to the Sound Off regarding magisterial justice, apparently whoever wrote this doesn’t know how the system works. The DA and the police make the recommendation to dismiss the cases when the victims refuse to testify, and that’s what happened here. Editor: Bingo. I’ve never heard of a magistrate making a plea deal.
Bunker Hill woes
I’ve lived on Bunker Hill for 60 years now, and I’ve never seen the streets this bad. We do pay taxes. There are potholes all over the place. Come on, mayor and council, get on the ball.
Hacking computers
Voting machines are the only computer that can’t be hacked, just ask the mainstream, mockingbird media.
Immigration impeachment
Just a point of fact: Last month alone, 250,000 illegal migrants were encountered trying to get in this country. If you don’t think this is an invasion, something is wrong and, in my opinion, I think President Biden is violating his oath to uphold the Constitution and protect this country. The subject of his impeachment should be at least brought up in Congress.
Stop your bias
In response to “Slaughterhouse,” if you think we are the only nation in which their citizens kill each other you are hitting the medical marijuana pipe much too often. What you should do is filter your research. Find out how many of those killed were gang or drug-related killings. Filter by demographics and geography and see what path that leads you down. Then filter out suicides, then filter out the Castle Doctrine deaths — they are in defense of property/life and will account for a minuscule number of deaths that are all justifiable. My thinking is your number will still be 49,000, but broken down it will be nothing like the Wild West scenario you so emotionally try to portray. Don’t just make general comments when you have nothing to back them up except your bias. The political climate in this country with no cash bail, soft on criminals and defund the police is the reason we are in this type of crisis. You shoot someone and you’re back on the street in an hour. No hard consequences.
Perry party
Pa. Republican Congressman Scott Perry is being investigated for his roll in the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection. Perry has just been appointed to the House Oversight Committee. Republicans on that committee plan to investigate the Jan. 6 investigation. Perry will be investigating the investigators who are investigating Perry. Sound crazy? Not for the people riding the MAGA crazy train.
