Kitties need help

I have a few wild cats around here that I have been feeding. Starting July 1, someone has been dropping off cats and kittens. They are tame so I know they are someone’s. I emailed the SPCA for help in July and they gave me some rescues and shelters and, of course, they are always full. For the past three months I have been emailing them for help, filling out forms, calling for help as some of my family and friends did to help these kitties and no response. I explained that I will be moving and they will be left without food, water and shelter and they desperately need help. What it boiled down to was someone would have to report me for animal abuse in order for them to come and rescue the kitties, which means I would then be treated like a criminal.
